This is a photo a day journal of the trials and tribulations and all around craziness of trying to raise three boys. It is not always happy go lucky because this is real life, but an honest account of what daily life is like for my family as we maneuver through life.

11/13 Return of the Kids
All the kids are home now. Jonah is exhausted and William is hyper. I am glad that they had such a good time. Robbie is sick with a fever. He has been sleeping on and off all day. No pictures.
11/12 Disappointed
Today, we were supposed to have a guy come and paint our house. We had met him late last night to give him a deposit so that he could buy supplies. He was supposed to be at our house by 10:00. He never came, never called and never answered any of Victor's phone calls. I am trying very hard to control my tongue and not say anything that I will later regret when we find out what the circumstances are to his explanation.
I have Robbie back now. He doesn't look good. He is very tired.
William decided that he wanted to spend another night at his Aunt's house. It is strange not having William with me. I am used to us being together.

So is Victor?

11/11 Kids Are Gone
A night to ourselves! We weren't even expecting it! I'd like to thank the Academy for recognizing this need for a break, I would like to thank the people made this night possible, I would like to thank my husband for always supporting me...
Jonah went to Branson for the weekend with a friend. They stayed at a hotel that has an indoor water park.
Robbie spent the night with Jared. William spent the night at Aunt Tab's house. William managed to lose another tooth!

11/5 Not Our Football Game
We went to watch our nephew KJ play in his football playoff game. I guess we are already going through withdrawl from football.
Jonah and Jamarion
Then the in laws came over to watch the football game.
I especially like that superman has a stick horse.
11/4 No School Part 2/William's First Tooth
Yesterday we cleaned, today we play.
By the time Leslie came back, the boys were tired. This is the picture she sent on her way home.
Leslie came over and helped me replant this palm tree. She had some things to do, so I kept the kids for a few hours.

Soo sweet!
William lost his first tooth!
11/3 No School
We did William and Jonah's room. Yes, this is an improvement because you can see the floor. I washed their sheets and they weren't dry yet.
We did Robbie's room.
I say 'we', but they did the cleaning and I supervised (nagged, whatever) to make sure everything was completed.
I cleaned their bathroom. Yuck, but necessary and now clean.
I didn't bother making them clean the game room. I had much bigger problems. This is the view from the top of the stairs.
This is what my new focus is. Still, its a good feeling to have the upstairs clean.

11/2 Doctors & Football
I took Robbie to the doctor today. Football season has really done a number on his toe nail. It is ingrown and infected.
I kept William and Jonah home from school. Jonah was too beat up. He needed a break.
William had a football game. They lost and it got ugly. There were words exchanged across the field to the opposing team and back again. The ref was ridiculous. There was only one and believe me it wasn't enough. When it was all over, William looked at Victor and said, "You mean we didn't win?" The bounced back though. We took them for dinner and ice cream.

11/1 Playoffs
William and Jonah have football games. William's team won.
Jonah's team lost. It was a rough game. They were chop blocking Jonah. He was in a lot of pain when the game was over. I was about to come out of my skin, I was so mad. Poor Jonah had four players from the other team on top of him. I was yelling at the ref to get the kids off of him. He was being buried alive.
Here's how tired William was on the way home.
10/31 Halloween
You would think we would slow down and take some time for the boys to catch up on their rest. NOOO!! Its Halloween. We need costumes and we need to be at the Toland house to meet up for Trick Or Treating.
First stop - Lisa's house to borrow a costume for William. Here are Jared and Benjamin hanging out.

Then we get dressed for the big event.
Oh - you want to see pictures of the kids in their costumes. My bad.
Here is a visitor we had:
It is tradition to make a stop at the Prejeans
William and Whitney
10/30 Super Bowl
Today is the Super Bowl for Robbie. It is the late game, but I am not going to miss it. Robbie's team has not had any team score a touchdown on them. William and Jonah had games earlier in the day.
I should mention that it was really cold.
They WON!!
The younger boys were loving to be a part of it.
10/29 The Morning After
Jeff and Schwanda kept all three kids for us overnight so we could go to the costume party. Friday night Robbie and Zack went to a church carnival and Jonah and William went with the Luke and Marcy to a hayride and bonfire.
This was a breakfast this morning.
Looks like they had a blast! Thanks guys!
