New Year's Eve 12/31

We had a birthday party today.  Jonah had basketball practice.

We had a friends over to help us celebrate the New Year.  The kids had a blast playing together.  We grownups got to play some games and talk without too many interruptions.  I cannot believe I forgot to take pictures!

Well a year long project of pictures has come to an end. It was not easy to keep up with at all.  It was a challenge.  It is mind boggling to see how much we actually did in one year.  Being able to record important events such as graduations and ball games, really made it all worth it.

McKenzie 12/30

McKenzie came over to play today.  Hopefully, he had a good time.

Bed 12/29

We went shopping for a new bed.  Just for fun.  We need a new bed, but let's face it, they are expensive.  The boys had a great time.

Party at Jared's House 12/28

All three boys went to a party at Jared's house where they ate and played video games.  Vic and I had some time to ourselves.

Basketball Never Sleeps 12/27

William and Jonah have practice today.  Next weekend are the first games, so the coaches are trying to get their teams ready.

The Morning After 12/26

We declared today a "do nothing" day.  Well I wanted to start taping our bedroom in preparation of painting and Victor wanted a day to relax.  He had spent of last minute time at the grocery stores yesterday.

Christmas Eve 12/24

Would you like a tour of the house and decorations?

Yes my tree is leaning.  It fell about four times and I had to decorate it about five times because of it and the lights going out at the top.
I copied a friend of mine.  What do you think?

It's time to set out cookies for Santa

Earlier, we spread reindeer food in the yard.

Merry Christmas to all.  And to all a good night.

Christmas 12/25

Trying out the new bikes

The table is set for Christmas Dinner

Grocery Shopping 12/23

Victor and I went to the grocery store to buy food for Christmas.  We were gone for about 2-2 1/2 hours in the store.  Then I went home and wrapped presents.  I bought the wrapping paper that we used in the Christmas program at church.

We also had fire wood deliverred to the house.  Jonah insisted that he help.

Cookies 12/22

My parents came into town today.  Now that I have three Classic Batter bowls, we could all make cookies at the same time!

Jonah made the Hershey Kiss cookies

William and I made Oatmeal cookies

Robbie could not decide on a cookie that he wanted to make and ended up just helping Grandma and Jonah

William did so well with the oatmeal that we started a batch of gingersnaps as well.

He loves to help cook!
